Mostly Lousy
January 23, 2021You will hear - loud and clear - pipes, movement from upstairs neighbors and doors right outside your unit. Water heat/pressure is inconsistent when other units are sharing it. You might as well be waiting to use the shower at a halfway house. Unit heaters aren't enough for especially cold days and a separate space heater is a must-have item. At the moment, there is a fly infestation in the basement extending to at least one unit and the Braese management has turned a blind eye to resolving ...it. Because the owners are a family operation, everyone's job is secure no matter what they do or don't do. On the plus side, the people in the building are quiet and okay.
