The apartments are definitely a value for the money. Since Ive been here 2017, its been under 4 different management/owners. Rent has only been increased once, however not equally across all apartments. Current management team, tries to stay up on maintenance most of the time. There is NO on-site storage. the system does not allow for you to bi-directional correspond with whomever is at the door (need to be upgraded or removed totally). Sometimes you can bypass the entrance to the parking as it sits back off the street. Most neighbors have been living here 3 or more years. Maintenance lives on-site. There are assigned parking spaces (1 for each unit). Pets are welcomed with security deposit.
