A cozy, comfy, home.
July 21, 2015Back in the beginning of 2015, in quiet North Hollywood where we set our stage. On Erwin and Whitsett Ave. there was a small apartment building made up of Studios. This quiet and lovely home is a cozy place for anyone to begin their journey into a bigger home. It's comfortable to house a minimalistic form of living and very affordable on almost any budget. Whilst there is the occasional unfavorable neighbor, perhaps they don't obey the laundry room rules and leave the lint in the dryer. Or ...maybe they don't obey the parking space rules and leave very little tool for you to use, whatever the problem, at the end of the day, you feel safe and comfortable in the studio. That my friends is a rare thing, to feel safe, comfortable, and cozy. I would recommend this apt building to anyone looking to begin their journey.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Dont Bother.
July 21, 2015There was a recent change in ownership. These owners have driven almost every single tenant to move out due to extreme rent increase and lack of responsibility for the complex. Repairs are never accomplished and it often take numerous amounts of attempts of contacting the owners to fix necessary issues. The hallways are often unswept, dirty and the owner's method of cleaning the walkways is drenching the floor with pinesol and leaving it there, fumigating the entire complex.
