I have been here live for 9 years, the parking always is the problem, the only is its condo, 2 level all is your, before my next apartment neighbor is the normal one, no make noise much, just the normal life, she moved, then other family come with the kid and some adult guy always jumping running in the stair, you can feel like earquake, the kid jumping on the floor, then the car moving, now one more thing is the electric hum for the street behind the parking, you can hear the electric hum all ...
day and night, special at night, it like electric wave hum or some signal hum for the cable, the hum noise run from ear to brain, like zzzzzzzzzzzzi....it's cant find or fix in house, the problem is outside, can't control it, so I moved. I don't want but I have to.
