My Perfectly Located Apartment

My apartment is in an converted Spanish home that was built in the 1920s, so it has a lot of character with the architecture inside and out. My building is within walking distance to a lot of shops, dining, bars, cafes, some entertainment, LACMA and more. I can complete all my daily errands on foot. Any time I had an issue with something in my unit, it was handled within a day or two which is great. renovated units have a washer and dryer inside their units. A downside would be that there's no air conditioning and since it is an old building, the walls a super thin. Which can be more of a problem for me since I live in a tiny studio that has doors, windows , or an opening in each wall. Luckily my neighbors are pretty quite and so is the neighborhood. Another would be that street parking in this area is very difficult. My building alone only has six spaces and there's twelve units. Overall, I'm lucky to have found a studio in this neighborhood for the price I did especially since I have a large outdoor patio space. It's a great place to live.
