This is such a great location and there are some nice features but working with management is a challenge. One of the garage doors broke and the parking garage was left WIDE OPEN for WEEKS! Residents had to call for police patrols because they felt unsafe. A resident's guest was caught exposing himself through the patio window of a ground level apartment.
