Great location. Unresponsive management. Safety concerns.

This is such a great location and there are some nice features but working with management is a challenge. One of the garage doors broke and the parking garage was left WIDE OPEN for WEEKS! Residents had to call for police patrols because they felt unsafe. A resident's guest was caught exposing himself through the patio window of a ground level apartment. do. His indecent exposure and yelling at females walking by continued off on for several days until a resident called the police. Residents pay high rent here for a secure building that is marketed as "luxury" but this is not what we are getting.

Couldn’t be happier!

The property is very well maintained and offers many amenities, the management staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We have everything we need; from shopping, restaurants and Centennial Lake Promenade at our front door. Living at 71-France is ideal and we couldn’t be happier!

Management Company Failed to Return Money Owed
April 28, 2021
Centerspace, the management company for 71France never returned the money they owed us for overpayment of rental insurance charges. Furthermore, they charged outrageous move-out charges and could never explain prorated charges. I would discourage renting from Centerspace because of their unscrupuleous business practices.

Great location & people

I love living here. The rent is expensive, but very comparable to other similar buildings in the area. Plus, the units are beautiful and include everything you could want. Amenities are good and new locker system for packages is great. My neighbors are all very nice and the few times I’ve had maintenance issues management is very quick to resolve. Plus the location can’t be beat!

Love Living at 71 France!

I have lived at 71 France for just about a year and couldn’t be happier. I love: • The location: 71 France is convenient to everything, and I feel very safe in this community. • The view: My apartment overlooks Centennial Lakes and the Promenade. • The apartment itself: 71 France has very modern and beautiful apartments with a variety of floor plans. I really appreciate my heated underground parking space as well as the car wash station. I also appreciate that the complex and grounds are ...
smoke-free. • The people: Residents are very friendly, and it is fun to chat when I am out walking my dog or having my (free) morning coffee in the community room. I also enjoy the community events that management arranges for us. • The management team are top-notch. Professional, upbeat and friendly, helpful and responsive. • The maintenance crew is awesome, as are the cleaning crew and groundskeepers: The complex is very well-maintained. • 71 France is dog friendly. • The perks: 71 France has modern fitness studios as well as a private studio. The private studio has the “Well Beats” system where you choose a program, e.g. yoga, and a screen comes down and a class is projected so that you can follow along. There is a business center that can be used for small meetings, and a beautiful community room that may be reserved for private parties. A studio apartment is available for rent by overnight guests. Computers are available for use in the business center, and wi-fi is free in the common areas. The art gallery has changing exhibits. In warmer months, the outdoor pool gets a lot of use and tenants enjoy grilling on the gas grills and chilling on the large patio overlooking the Promenade.

Used to Be Wonderful - New Management has made it terrible!

I toured this community a while back. While the woman who showed us the apartment was excellent... The others in the office had their noses in the air as if they were royalty. Also, the residents who live here are very stuck up and will make it known that they... "live in the penthouse and it's inconvenient that the elevator is being used by the people moving in." This ridiculous man made a scene during our tour because he couldn't get to his penthouse except by using the stairway. My ...
advice... avoid this place... They may have a beautiful subway tile backsplash, a dishwasher that is more expensive than a monthly car payment and a complimentary espresso/coffee machine which makes whatever your heart desires, but it simply is not worth it. You'll be miserable. Look else where.

I lived her for almost a year. I had 2 people move in because of me. There has been a change in management and the tenants are now just numbers. My apartment smells like marijuana and cigarettes because of other residents. The week before last one of my neighbors left a full bag of garbage in the hallway. The new manager openly yelled at me and threatened me with sending me a notice to vacate because I was told my rent would be less and now this company is trying to go back on there word. ...
This is suppose to be an luxury apartment and they cannot even stock soap and paper towels in the community rooms. The customer service is that one would expect of a $500/mo month in the hood.
