August 18, 2024The Bozzuto property manager at 727 is a joke. Endless excuses, lack of experience, she's never present at the property, basic things are never working more than a few days, she does not take safety issues serious, and the list goes on. Would not move here unless you're ok with dealing with a rubbish property manager and endless excuses from her and her team that love to shift blame to others and not take accountability for their own incompetence. Unclear why the ownership group put these ...children in charge of a "luxury" building, but this experience is anything but luxury.Property Manager Responded
