TLDR: Building may seem nice, but is actually terrible once you live in it for a while. Don't fall for it.
Despite being a new building and somewhat high rent, once you live in the building for a while it'll become clear that this isn't worth it. They say they have heating but it doesn't actually work and the temperature in the room will not rise after being "on" for several hours. weeks before you get a call so get used to the voice mail. On top of this, the surrounding area isn't the safest so it's best not to be out after sundown and generally it's a bunch of warehouses and stores you'll have no use for. If you're just staying for short period like an internship this place will probably be fine if you can afford it, but anything longer than a few months, this should be your very last option no matter how nice things may seem.
