Owners don't take care of this place.

We've lived in this apartment for 2 years, and we've had several issues with the owners to include: a leaky roof/window. Water damaged carpet- gets wet after every rain. Water damaged walls. Hundreds of winged termites that take flight after every time it rains and drop their wings everywhere on the patio. The landlord won't fix anything to do with plumbing (sink, toilet). They would not fix our water heater until it literally started flooding the unit and then they decided to replace it. Worst ...

landlords I've ever experienced. Spend your money elsewhere.
