Only been a resident for a couple of weeks but have found my experience with management, staff very friendly, courteous and providing great communication on any questions I may have. The overall complex is kept immaculate and all the residents I have been very friendly and polite.

Ive been living at 7th West since a few weeks after opening and I have no negative comments! Staff are incredibly friendly and maintenance personnel are incredibly hard working and get stuff done sometimes the same day the work order is submitted! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Property management does not respond to calls nor emails. I have been trying to get in contact with someone to lease a unit for weeks. Still no response while the rates increase!
