It is my understanding this building was shared but they’re should be more control over the noise. I shouldn’t have been woken up by blasting rap music & stomping from the floor above me multiple times a week. There were multiple nonresidents that we’re staying here with the apartment above me which never seemed to be an issue although they were using the utilities. Also, the driveway was only plowed during winter.. never salted, which resulted in it staying a complete sheet of ice making my car ...

The water would never heat up& if I’m paying this much a month, I should be able to have hot water within 30 minutes, but no.
One of the dryers downstairs has been broken for at least half a year, meaning there’s only one dryer for the whole building.
The management still has not done anything I’ve mentioned.
So, if you want a party house with no hot water this is the perfect place for you.
