I love my building, and my neighborhood! The rooms are a bit small, it's not the best for two, but for one it's perfect!

About 8000 Honey Dr
Beautiful 1+1 unit on the second floor available in the Hollywood Hills area. Unit has hardwood floors, blinds, and the kitchen has a new quartz countertop, new drawers, new cabinets, new stainless-steel sink, new faucet, and a new stove, fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom has new ceramic tile flooring. There is a closet in the bedroom and a smaller one off the living room. There is also a large deck at the complex for tenants to use, as well as a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Property is very close to hiking trails, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Trader Joe's, Bristol Farms, Gelson's, Ralphs, Sunset Plaza, banks, restaurants, shopping, gym, cinema, and easy access to the Valley. The property is located north of Sunset Boulevard and Crescent Heights Boulevard in a rustic setting. Pets are okay, but NO smoking. Landlords pay for water. Street parking only.
