Worst Place I've Ever Lived!

We rented at 810 Calle Saragosa, and I've got to be honest, it was the worst place we've lived. If you’re thinking about renting here, here's the lowdown: The walls are super thin. You can literally hear everything from your neighbors – their conversations, their TV, their not-so-great music choices, even their footsteps. Plumbing noise is a real issue. Imagine hearing every toilet flush from the apartment above you – yeah, not exactly ideal. Lots of stuff just doesn't work right. The ...
appliances are iffy, and getting the landlord to fix anything is a real hassle – it feels like you have to ask him repeatedly, and even then, he doesn't seem too keen on helping. As for the plumbing, it's unpredictable at best, and the heating system? It's barely functional. Got a neighbor with barking dogs? Say goodbye to peaceful nights. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It's pretty clear that everything was done on the cheap, and it really takes a toll on your daily life. If you're considering this apartment, you might want to keep looking.
