ok place to live
February 8, 2021The area isn't the greatest but its a quiet small building, with renovated apartments/building. when i first moved in my electricity wasn't working correctly because the wiring was bad. the first day here i had no power at all they had to come out more than once to fix it cause i kept losing power but they finally fixed the wiring so haven't had a problem for awhile. stove wasn't working when i moved in had to wait days for a new one. one major problem i had here is the roaches. I've called for ...someone to come treat my apartment twice.. they came out barely did their job and i continued to have a roach problem. my apartment isn't infested but they i see at least one or two a day and its because someone in the building isn't reporting that they have roaches so they're going to keep spreading. I asked the property manager if there were any kind of bugs or pests before i moved in and she said no and sure enough there were roaches so im not happy about that. other than that its a quiet place to live , nice apartments for first timers. I've locked myself out many times and they always there to help me back in. maintenance is ok.. not hard to get ahold of but may not come when they say they will. overall this place isnt horrible but i've been here a year and im definitely ready to move!!!!!!Property Manager Responded
