I'd always recommend anybody to live here. My sister has always wanted me live here with her but unfortunately couldn't since I own an apartment nearby. I always pay her visits and this place is really the best!!! I have always wished I never owned an apartment so I would live here! That's how great this place is :)

Terrible Management

I would strongly recommend against living at 835 Heights. The location is amazing, the apartments themselves are nice, the pool is a great plus, however, the management company is so incompetent that living here just isn’t worth it. Water has been shut off at least 4 times without any notification to the residents. They can’t remember who they assigned parking spots to. The website doesn’t work and there is no way to put in an after hours maintenance request, even in emergencies. Twice my rent ...

check was lost, even when hand delivered to the office (which I have to do since the website doesn’t work!). It’s truly a shame because I loved living here before management changed hands—now, I cannot wait to leave.
