DON’T LIVE HERE-NO INSULATION BTW FLOORS

Living at 98 Cervantes Blvd, San Francisco was DREADFUL! There is ZERO insulation between the floorboards. Mind you, this is a 1920's building with already squeaky floors. The footsteps of our neighbors were inconceivably THUNDEROUS, would shake the frames on our ceilings, and keep us up at night. We could hear our neighbors snoring, their televisions, phone conversations, and god forbid they play music! Your normal day to day living will cause unpleasantness to your neighbors! Each and every ...

tenant would complain about the other because it felt like you were living with your neighbors. It is completely unethical to withhold this information. Had we known, we would have never moved in. Our landlord, Shahra, was of no help. She manages dozens of other properties and rarely responded to our concerns. If you are young and want to enjoy your life, do not live here! You will receive daily noise complaints from neighbors. And if you are of a mature age and want to live here, don't! We had to sleep and study with earplugs, and it barely helped!
