When I arrived I was greeted by Stephanie, she had the friendliest smile and amazing enthusiasm and energy!! She walked me through all the property amenities and floor plan options. She was very detail oriented and made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. While you would think the location of the complex would be busy and booming there was a sort of a calmness to it instead, it is also located close to so many things. I usually don't write reviews, but I was really impressed with the apartment! Alana was the leasing agent giving me a tour and she was super sweet and explained all of the amenities and the benefits of living here. I love how close it is to restaurants, downtown Denver, DTC, etc. I look forward to moving here soon :)
