I love living at AMLI Old 4th Ward. My apartment feels so big because of the high ceilings and open living room/kitchen spaced. I especially love it because of it's amazing and convenient location next to Ponce City Market and the beltline, and it's only a quick walk away from most things.

The building is really great for the location and square footage. I love my apartment layout and the amenities a lot. Such easy access to a good gym and pool has me using them way more than I would otherwise. You can't beat the location either. So close to so many great bars, restaurants, groceries, and the beltline. It's fantastic. Pretty young community, too.

I moved into AMLI in early February and have been loving it. The location can't be beat and the apartments have a great feel. I had to move out of my old apartment on short notice after receiving a letter saying they had to do construction due to structural issues. I am so relieved to have moved into AMLI Old 4th Ward. The location is superior. Close to Ponce City Market while retaining the quite, neighborhood-like feel we hoped for. The leasing and office staff is phenomenal. I've had terrible experiences prior with leasing staff, but Amli truly cares for its residents. The staff, especially Victor, has made us feel appreciated and welcomed.
