This is comical at its best. First off I'm a 911 dispatcher and am looking to relocate work to Texas. This place was my number one pick. I had a friend go by and check the place out for me and everything. In a nut shell as of today (7/21/2022) I started an application and submitted and paid my $250 app fee. The young lady whose name is on the text promptly responded back to me (which is why they atleast get 2 stars) Mind you... I AM AT WORK so my recreational text and call backs are limited.. ...
Let's just say I got rejected within less than 10 hrs considering I do not carry my paycheck stubs around with me I assume I wasn't moving fast enough for their liking. I'm not upset because I find it just a loss off my shoulders and something is better waiting for me so thank you for even just the little bit of time you had for me.

Absolutely 100% do not recommend. The maintenance of the property is terrible, the place is trashed all the time, the gates haven't worked the entire time I've lived here, my vehicle got broken into, and the shared utilities are ridiculously expensive. They also promise things when you request info online that you don't actually get when you move in (washer/dryer, utilities included in rent costs, etc.) There is also a huge bug problem. I usually spray Raid daily. Don't live here.

The apartments are roach infested, the office staff take lunch from 11 to 2 PM (today they didnt even bother coming back at all), and the maintenance staff have repeatedly failed to come fix an issue I have with my plumbing. On top of this there is a not nearly enough parking space, and my tires regularly pick up nails from their parking lot.

I'm really enjoying the new renovations the new management has done. I see that they now offer an after school tutoring program in the old leasing office. It is becoming more family friendly. I moved from an old unit to a renovated unit and the changes are great, totally worth the price plus our gym is almost done! Can't wait to use it, thank you new management.
