About Portable Tenant Screening Reports:

Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

We love it here. The people are wonderful - both staff and residents. The property is well maintained. Elevators have some trouble, but they are communicative about repairs and apologetic for the inconvenience.

So far everything has been great. Really friendly staff, the facilities are awesome. Feels very welcoming and safe. Even the few minor issues I put service requests in for were attended to in a timely manner!

Acoma has been a great building to call home. The tenants are quiet and respectful, it is located in an amazing neighborhood close to everything, and the staff is very helpful.

The Acoma is delivering on their promises of the new upgraded amenities. There’s still work to be done on the dog wash and new community event space, but excited to start using the new gym. Hopefully the coffee machine moves or the WiFi gets fixed in the mailroom because the coffee machine is not functional with that. Happy to see some community events happening again. Would love to see days or evenings to get different food trucks to come out front - even if it’s not free food. But would be a ...
nice perk if we could get first 25 people free or even subsidized a bit. But overall, happy with Acoma!

Beautiful views from every angle. Hot tub is actually "hot" - not luke warm :) It will be interesting once the renovation is complete... like a whole different atmosphere.

The pool is lovely and I like the dog bar they have near the elevator. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Gym is nice and I like the windows that allow you to see outside during your workout.

Still absolutely love it here at Acoma, almost a year later!! There are only a few issues and that is to say those issues are a FEW residents unfortunately. However those are everywhere so I suppose I'm in the best community building I could be. Space for price is unmatched. Not to mention this remodel is extremely exciting, can't wait for it to be complete! Let's Go Acoma!!
