We are absolutely loving our time at Acoma Apartments. The staff is always warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout as well; they’re quick, professional, and make everything seamless whenever something comes up. It makes such a difference knowing we’re taken care of. The only downside has been the ongoing construction, which can be disruptive at times. That said, management has handled it fairly rent, which we really appreciate. It shows they care ...
about residents and want to make things right. One request: please bring back the free coffee! That was such a standout perk and honestly a major benefit that set this building apart from others. It created community and added so much value to the daily experience here.

I've lived here two years and nothing has ever broken or been wrong. Any help I need, the front desk is readily available. They have continued to upkeep the residence, with a new gym lobby and pool room

We love it here. The people are wonderful - both staff and residents. The property is well maintained. Elevators have some trouble, but they are communicative about repairs and apologetic for the inconvenience.

The Acoma is delivering on their promises of the new upgraded amenities. There’s still work to be done on the dog wash and new community event space, but excited to start using the new gym. Hopefully the coffee machine moves or the WiFi gets fixed in the mailroom because the coffee machine is not functional with that. Happy to see some community events happening again. Would love to see days or evenings to get different food trucks to come out front - even if it’s not free food. But would be a ...
nice perk if we could get first 25 people free or even subsidized a bit. But overall, happy with Acoma!
