If I could give ZERO stars.
June 13, 2018Blood, flood or fire is the only way you'll get someone to respond to ANYTHING if they respond then they determine if that's even enough of an emergency. They never answer phones, only open till 5, closed weekends no way to contact anyone and if you reach voicemail and leave a message they still do NOT call back. Place is horrible. They won't help you and they won't allow you to terminate lease.Review from Apartments.com
Maintenance will not fix anything; awful place to live
August 8, 2017Don't move into here. The rent is cheap for a reason. Moved in and officially was there from the end of April till the end of July of the same year, but only actually stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. Wasn't able to live in my own apartment. The bug problem was out of control and all they would do was have someone come out and spray which I don't know if they even did that most of the time. My refrigerator broke down and it took them over a week to come in and fix it, even though this is ...counted as emergency maintenance . All my food spoiled and I couldn't go out to buy anything else. My air conditioner was constantly breaking and they would not come out and fix it. They fixed it the first time and it took them a few weeks to come out the second time and almost a month for the 3rd time. All the stuff that was in the closet below the air conditioner was soaked in water that leaked from the air conditioner. I had a tub of water in my closet collecting the water and it still took them almost a month to fix it. My dishwasher was never fixed nor would they come in to fix it. Maintenance will not come out and fix your issues and it will take you going into the office everyday for something to get fixed and then those chances are small. Called their management company (Milhaus) and let them know what was happening and never received a phone call ,so don't expect anything from them. The current property manager was nice enough to let me out of my lease without any penalty due to the issues I experienced.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
