We were residents are this complex for a year and we loved living there! It is the best deal so close to down town. The staff is amazing and very helpful! We never had issues with having enough parking space and we really enjoyed the pool in the summer. We only left due to a job transfer to another location, otherwise we would have stayed in our apartment and with Admiral Farragut

Great area close to public transportation,downtown, outdoor space and shopping. Common areas are well groomed. Pool is good size with nice lounge chairs.Snow removal is timely. Staff is friendly and takes care of all issues quickly. Many families and children in the community.

Most tenets are friendly. You don't get to view the apartment beforehand. You will have roaches and mice in some units even if you're neat.
