Mal srrvicio en la oficina nunca se hacen responsables de ningun daño se me cayo el techo literal en mi sala x una fuga de agua y su respuesta fue ya hay alguien trabajando cuando no vino nadie pero para cobrar son bien buenos ellos

Bien sucio los aptos deben de cambiar todas las alfombras ni hacen bien el champú carpetas que ponen usadas son abusivo llenos de ratas y cucarachas los balcones bien sucios ya hicimos un escrito a la ciudad y a la asociación de apto con pruebas los dueños deben respetar a los inquilinos y el supervisor que trabaja ahí con agua hijos sabe quien todo estos es verdad somos 113inquilinos unidos en esta queja además tenemos el apoyo de univision y telemundo investiga ya es demasiado abuso y ...
nadie hace nada que tomen sus medidas y hay muchos aptos con las alfombras en pésimas condiciones por que ni quieren cambiarlas para ahorrarse su dinero esto se tiene que acabar y también escribimos a Austin

I've lived in my apartment for 5yrs. We're blessed. I love the price and location. It could be a little nicer but overall I appreciate what we have. If I received free rent I would be able to afford my children being a part of sports and dance, their dream!! The people that work here seem to really care about us tenants. They do great with fixing things when needed. I'm a single mother with no family, it's just me and my kids. I really hope and pray I'm picked!!!
