Stay Away from Adora

Pros: Attractive, nice layout, relatively quiet when doors and windows are closed, beautiful landscape, attached garage Cons: Be very detailed when filling out the move in checklist form and take pictures. Adora will take as much money from your deposit as they can get away with and charge you extra wherever they see an opportunity to do so. Amanda the manager will like you as long as you don’t cross her. If you disagree with her or criticize Adora in anyway, you will be on her bad side. While ...
Adora is next to the police station, it is in a very seedy part of Roseville. Look at the surrounding neighborhood and the Placer County Event Center before signing a lease. You will hear NASCAR races coming from the fairgrounds, loud music, smell weed at all times day and night. We moved from out of state and had a short window of time to find an apartment, had we had more time, we would not have chosen Adora simply based on the surrounding area. We lived there 2 years during Covid. During that time, the prices increased tremendously, felt like Adora was taking advantage of its residents. You can lease a 4 bedroom home with a yard in a nice neighborhood for less money than what you’ll pay here. Definitely not worth the outrageous rent! Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews of Adora and Amanda the manager. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

  Hello, We're sorry to hear that you feel you had less than a positive experience at Adora. We have not heard concerns of our surrounding neighborhoods being 'seedy', so it is unfortunate that is your view. Had you expressed any concerns during your residency we would have happily assisted you and as much as we wish we could help, but you have never reported any of these issues to us. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about the behavior outside of our community. Even though our community is smoke-free, marijuana is legal in California and if people are not on the property they are allowed to smoke. In regards to your concerns about your move out, we provide plenty of documentation and photographs upon move out and try to complete as much in-house as possible to help get back most of your deposit. If you have any specific questions about your charges, I am happy to answer them for you if you reach out to me directly. -Amanda, Community Director

Adora is a great community with nice floor plans and even better neighbors! They look out for each other and it's nice seeing everyone at the community parties. Quiet place with garage included, pet friendly. Thank you to the team at Adora!

Poor area, criminal activity and bad vibes
October 20, 2019
We have lived here for 7 months and are counting down the days until we are out of here. Constant suspicious activity in the complex. We’ve asked them to fix certain things that have been unfixed since we moved in and they’ve yet to be fixed after asking multiple times. Just not a good place for stress free living.
