If you’re on a budget this is the best place for you. I just got a renovated apartment and it looks so much better than the Classic apartments. I also like that they have a coffee/tea bar in the office and free bike rentals.

For STUDENTS, I would Suggest. Please STAY AWAY!!!!!!. Don't commit, because of near to the UNIVERSITY. These apartments are VERY COSTLY and the maintenance is very BAD. The homeless people has easy access to come and revolve around these apartments. Mainly, The Roaches every where. There will be laundry issues (24*7) through out the year. They don't care about the residents. They will not respond in a nice manner. At starting of the lease they responded in a nice manner. After that they will ...

The AC is the biggest issue here. They do not fix it for 24 hours in the deadly heat of Arizona. The AC stopped working atleast 10 times in my 9 month stay. It’s a centralized AC. So it stops working for the whole building. And it’s always dripping! Do not move here

Apartments aren't horrible for price but staff will rip you off

Well after 4.5 years of living in these apartments, my husband and I finally bought a house. We let the manager know a few months in advance and paid our early lease termination fee. We cleaned the apartment and turned the keys in on 2/27. When I requested a walk-though, Yami at the front desk informed me that no one was available at that time to do a walk-through but we could make an appointment to do one on Friday (3/2). I told her that was fine but to please mark on my key return form that we ...
had turned them in on the 27th and no longer had access to the apartment and reluctantly, she wrote the date on my copy. We did the walk through with the manager. He said we did a great job cleaning and that everything looked good. He said he didn't know how much we would be charged for the two days of March but that we should get the rest of our deposit back. When I reminded him that we had moved out on the 27th and that my paperwork reflected that, he said he would make sure all my paper work reflected that so I wouldn't get charged. He even made sure to write it on my walk-through paper work in front of me. Well of course when the deposit refund came back they had taken out $66 for March rent and $66 for utilities. (They also deducted $180 for "damages" and I have plenty of photos to prove that we did not leave the apartment damaged in any way but that's not the part that really upsets me.) Figuring it was just a mistake, since everyone in the office knew we had actually moved out before the first, I called Yami and explained the situation. She said she would call the corporate office and see what she would do and call me back. That was 4 days ago. I have called and left messages but no reply. It's pretty obvious at this point that I am being intentionally ripped off. It's unfortunate to have what was a pleasant 4.5 years of paying rent on time every month, and being patient with frequent staff changes and maintenance issues end with this.

Worst apartment ever
September 20, 2017
Worst apartment. The apartment had bed bugs and that destroyed my 500$ bed completely. Within 3 weeks, cupboard doors start falling, frequent over the night AC maintenance without any notice, their all washing machines go out of order at once. Hate being signed the lease.

Stupidest place to live
September 19, 2017
Showed us different apartment than actual apartment. This one has no dishwasher or waste disposal. Wardrobe doors started falling after 1 month. Air conditioning maintainance goes without any prior warnings and you will be completely on your own on a hot summer night. Their washing recharge card recharges for 30$ max and the recharge machine goes out of order for weeks. Worst experience ever.

Great price, great location, good atmosphere, average everything else

Currently renting a 3 bedroom for $1070 a month with water included. Very close to ASU. Quite a bit of construction happening nearby but it doesn't affect the noise level or access to the apartments. My apartment is clean and very spacious. Sometimes crickets get in the apartment but that's no big deal. All the appliances, drawers, and cabinets are functional and just average. You can make the apartment look very nice by just decorating, everything is pretty color neutral. Before I moved here I ...
heard some people avoided it because of crime in the area, but from my experience it's as safe as anywhere else. Plus there are more police patrolling in Arizona than ever right now with their budget increase. Leasing office is friendly but strict about their codes and guidelines. The lights and architecture has a charming feel at night. Loving it.
