June 25, 2019I just loved into my place and I love it , I love the location and staff . I had been looking for an apart for over a year and when I first took the tour into Alderwood apartments in loved it . Leslie Helped out ALOT her determination to help me was nothing but amazing my family has come by and they love it and my son as well . Terrible place to live
March 16, 2018This is the worst apartment I have lived. At first, they pretended to be nice to you and ask you to give them nice comments in Yelp. But after that everything is bad. If something is broken, they never come to repair it. For example, the microwave is broken in October and I asked them to repair it. At first, they said "Ok" and would send someone to repair it. But in several weeks they never came to repair. Since my lease contract end date is 12/31/2017 and they asked me whether you wanted to ...extend the lease, and I said "No". Since that, no one came to repair the microwave. After I moved out, they deducted all my deposit including the fee of microwave. I just wanted to said, please do not live there.
