Amenity issues The dryers in the wash room never dry my clothes. I had to dry a single load of laundry for three hours and they still came out wet. I gave up and will now have to start going to the laundromat to do laundry. Honestly, it’s very frustrating because I work long hours as a first responder and the last thing I want to do is stay awake till 1:00am waiting for my uniform to dry. Please use the money you now charge for parking to upgrade the dryers.

Always ignoring broken appliances I’ve had the maintenance replaced parts: do multiple tests on my stove and instead of replacing it they are trying to rebuild it. The manager is very retaliatory and it has been an issue on going

Laundry and parking suck The laundry room regularly flooded and had a lot of broken machines. The parking kept changing rules and costing more money. It’s hard to find spots in the evening and was very frustrating. The complex is decent but definitely older so there were frequent issues with the plumbing and electrical being shut off or work being done in the garage.

Prompt maintenance They did a great job at resolving my issue! I had an emergency maintenance request of my sink water starting to flood. I initially was not getting a response because it was not in the leasing office business hours (it was a Sunday late at night) but within 30 minutes I got a knock on the door with the kindest plumber ready to fix my issue immediately!
