The place is great and it is easily accessible to many different places. There is a Costco right around the block and a gym not even 10 minutes walking distance. Many different restaurants within walking distance as well. They are doing renovations to all apartments and the grounds around the building. Overall a great place to live.

Allison Court Apartments is a small close-knit community. The manangement reactys promptly, with-in an hour, to any emergengy situations. I have enjoyed the closeness of my neighbors because of the unique design of the complex. We recently got an on-site worker who has contributed to the overall upkeep up the complex. I have lived here for 2.5 years and plan to stay until I buy, because of the affordable rent and homey feel of this community.

good start

Its a decent place to get started as for it is also a good place for small family's to start. It has a nice playground and a good size pool. However I did give it 4 stars because of the obdence of wasps that fly around outside. But other then that its usually pretty quiet here.
