The location is unmatched from anywhere else I’ve lived in Colorado! 10 min to downtown, 30 mins to the mountains, and literally anything you need is in walking distance. Poorly Constructed and Managed
July 9, 2024Electrical in building is faulty. Power surges and outages about once a month. Board trips constantly. A/C hasn't worked for a month. Manager Jeremy excuses all of it with and refuses to make any adjustments/accommodations other than a window unit A/C, which is actually less energy efficient than the central that is supposed to be included in the apartment. We won't renew our lease and will make it a point to let anyone viewing the building know of the major issues with this building. If you WFH ...or enjoy central A/C in the hot Denver summers, definitely go look elsewhere. This isn't it.Property Manager Responded
