The management staff is awesome but I question the maintenance squad at times. How are you going to replace a broken refrigerator with a refrigerator that has physical damage and is not fully functioning ? Replacement units should be new out of the box, not just removed from a vacant unit and brought up the elevator. Ice maker not functioning.

Here about a month. Didn't get to unpack fully due to major surgery a week after move in. This place is stunning. They hold a lot of events. It's like living in a 5 star hotel. The amazing ladies in the office are all the best at what they do. Always smiling, helpful and kind beyond words. Jeff is a wonderful maintenance man and super friendly. My family and I have been living here since July, and it feels like a vacation every day. Giant pool, huge fitness center, steam room, sauna, pickleball, BBQ grills everywhere, dog friendly, etc. The place is filling up fast.
