Best Apartment complex ever!
August 23, 2025This complex is everything one needs to call a place a home! From the safety to the beautiful decor and amazing staff, everything feels like it’s meant to be! Making friends with all my neighbors and having get-togethers is one thing I’ll never forget. Best Value!!
August 21, 2025I just moved down to Cincinnati from Michigan. The apartment hunt left me feeling drained. But thankfully we stumbled upon Altura and toured them before heading back up to Michigan. Altura was a breath of fresh air! We were so impressed we wanted to sign a lease and hold our apartment right away. The amenities and building is very high end and welcoming. The apartment itself is made and setup nicely. These apartments are BRAND NEW. So all new appliances and features made us very comfortable ...knowing we shouldn’t have to deal with anything breaking down on us. PARKING! We have a covered and open lot option at NO CHARGE! We feel safe and secluded. Pricing seems to be very competitive with all other options in the area. I couldn’t recommend Altura enough to anyone who desires a simple and comfortable lifestyle.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Property
October 25, 2024Altura is a gorgeous brand new property in a great location! The property manager, Nicole, was amazing! She answered all of my questions and made the touring process so easy. The unit itself was soooo spacious, I don't think I could even fill all of the cabinet and closet space available! Because it is a redevelopment, the construction quality seems to be so much better than some of the other new build properties I have toured, so I won't have to worry about noise from neighbors! Awesome luxury apartments
October 17, 2024Ok these apartments and the community are TOO good!!! I can’t wait to move in. When they say oversized luxury apartments, it is indeed HUGE, and luxury. Sometimes spaces look smaller with furniture, but even the furnished units that Nicole showed me felt extra large. Plus, there is natural light everywhere. Love that they have washer and dryer in unit, plus every amenity you’d want included in a community, like work from home spaces that are in the works.. There is an ongoing move in special, and ...the “bark park” and pet friendly aspect sealed the deal for meProperty Manager Responded
