November 22, 2018We have lived here 2 years. Its had its ups and downs..We are moving into a house now.. And Cynthia has been wonderful. Letting us use her parking spot to load our things and asking me if I need help..Sad to be leaving now that we have a manager that has a personality and knows what real customer service is..Review from Apartments.com
Breath of Fresh Air
October 31, 2018I have been here 32 years and must say how happy I am with the new manager we have gotten. Cynthia is a breath of fresh air. When I went to meet her for the first time, she felt she knew who I was before I even introduced myself. She takes time to really listen to you and eager to do what she can to help. She sincerely seemed to appreciate the long time tenants she has and that is appreciated. With all the tenants she has, she remembers you and that is important. Let's say we have had ...multiple managers since the property was purchased, some good - some not so good, but I do think we have a good one this time. I am praying that she stays and I get to know her even better. Thank you Cynthia for all you have already done to help me in this short time you have been here. January 24, 2018I am so excited to write this review,I have been here through all 4 managers since this complex sold. Georgia is the absolutely best manager ever. After the pervious manager ( who was always confrontational at best) Georgia is a breath of fresh air. Georgia from day one has been a pleasure to know. She always has a smile and a soft spoken answer anytime you see her with a concern . She has demonstrated a professionalism and care for us here at this property that we have not had. Everyone I have ...talked to feels the same way too. We had a great turn out for the Christmas gathering and everyone there was excited to have Georgia here. There are things getting done here on the property that was long over due, one example is the landscaping dead plants and trees are trimmed and neat. Georgia presents to the residents that she truly cares for and will do everything allowed to help make our homes everything we would like them to be. We do understand that Georgia cannot do everything that needs done and should have already been done overnight. Love Georgia! Thank you to whoever allowed Georgia to come here to Amber Creek to partner with each of us to make our homes much more functional and loved.
