We have lived here for 12 yrs. Obviously something is working right for us or we wouldn't have lived here this long.
We have freshly landscaped "California Native and Drought resistant" foliage including new privacy fencing on our patios. Conveniently located laundry rooms and pool area.
High speed Internet is serviced by ATnT (24mg) and Charter,(60mg) TV, Internet and phone if necessary.
Within walking distance from UCR. Short drive or bicycle ride to theaters, shopping, movies, and museums. ...
Just across from Canyon Crest Town Center for your Pharmacy and quick shopping needs. Management Team and Maintenance Staff are happy to serve. All and all, "What's not to like?"
