We have been here 2 yrs. They set up rules and do not enforce them. Such as children bouncing soccer balls off your doors and windows. They have broken our LR windows twice. Took 6 months for the office to get me a handicapped parking spot. Maintenance is awesome and avaliable when needed. Easy to get in harder to get out. Alcoholics come out on weekends be careful. We have been hit by drunks twice and lost 2 vehicles.

My apartments currently are horrible. They raise the rent so much it's not even worth it! I'm just hoping to find a better place than here nearby.
