MY TIME IS UP!
September 19, 2018I first moved here back in November of 2016 and up until March 2018 I had NO complaints! I was a fresh college student who needed a cheap place quick and the property manager named Patrick has been more than amazing! It was very quite and I noticed a lot of other students who lived here also. Spring 2018 this place has become the "Trap" everyone outside like its a party ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!!! (only at certain buildings like the one when you first pull in). People that don't stay here just come to ...hang out. It has become EXTREMELY bad and just ratchet! I know the location is bad but it JUST got like this. The new lady that they have helping Patrick needs to GO & they need to hire someone who can help him because he really cares about the residents and doesn't want them to leave. Personally, my apartment was MUCH nicer than I expected. BUT overall, you get what you pay for. It was good while it lasted but its time to go. Maybe, if they clear some of the traffic, itll be better but my friends/family are scared to visit because its so bad. Also, I never had any issues with break ins or anything happening to my car thank God! Location is perfect, I think that's why I stayed for 2 yearsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not a healthy environment
April 30, 2018Do you like living in the projects? If you are unaccustomed to people smoking and selling weed right outside of your door or loud music blasting at all of the night then this is not the place for you. Like fights? How about loud parking lot arguments that involve whole families? If so this is the perfect locale for such shenanigans. If peaceful quiet living is something that you require then you will not find it at Eagles Walk.Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015We moved to Charlotte a year ago from Md. I can honestly say this is the BEST place that I lived so far. The lake view and the pier are my favorite things,I love feeding the birds with my children.The rental office answers your questions right away, and is very concerned with the up keep. The only thing I would love is a playground for the kids to play at instead of in the street.Review from Apartments.com
