I did not have a good experience living there and wanted out of my lease due to the terrible treatment by staff. Do not recommend. So glad to be out of there.

Outdated fixtures. I reported mice in the garage two weeks ago. Nothing done yet. Peeling paint throughout unit. Poor repairs to "bubbling" ceiling and walls. Poorly repaired holes in walls. Dryer vent behind washer so dryer keeps dying -$200 per repair not covered by Amberly Village. Washer and dryer don't fit in, so had to take doors off and cover up with shower curtain rod and shower curtain. Unpainted baseboards. Takes forever to get contractor in. He runs through and does worse job than I ...
could do. Holes in garage wall. Hardly any grass anywhere on property-just dirt and mud. Not child or pet friendly. Yet, the rent keeps going up.

I went in and talked to Nancy, a leasing consultant, and she was very helpful and nice. She even went out her way to stay later than business hours for me, so that I could come back and leave my deposit, so no one else had the chance to take the apartment I was very interested in. This place has a very cozy, and right at home feeling! Nancy is the girl you want to talk to! She made my experience for searching for an apartment extremely pleasant. She was all smiles!!! Roaches, nothing works, outdated fixtures and oh the automatic water sprinklers that waters mud each night...the only landscaping done is around the rental office and I have yet to see someone clean that swimming pool...
