I have been a resident for the past four years now,and never had any issues. The previous management before was responsive to any issues. The new management is young folks who are very vibrant and professional. Our Property Manager goes beyond to address any concerns or issues In a timely manner. This company is a scam. I moved out August 10, 2024. I paid rent for the full month on the 1st, but prior to that I gave 30days notice (hence the move out date). It is January 28, 2025 and this company has yet to return my prorated rent for the month of August. You literally cannot get in touch with regional managers or offices. It is literally the worse group I have ever rented with. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

doesn't clean any of the property. Dog poop is everywhere, breeze way is disgusting and still hasn't been cleaned in over a year or more. This isn't your place to stay and start a life. Management is a joke and are never here when something is need. When my lease is up I'm going far from this place. DONT DO IT!

with dog poop. I had requested the management to install a bulb/light at the dog park for the residents to be able to use it at night, but this was never addressed, even after multiple requests. The dog park cannot be accessed after it gets dark.

I lived at Andover Park for almost 4 years (from July 2012 - April 2016). During the last 6 months of living at the community I experienced an apartment break-in, management/maintenance team losing the spare key to my home, and a car break-in.
My advice would be to keep looking if you're in the market for a new apartment home. Amidst the safety concerns, the people are just plain rude. After moving out, I've dealt with unexpected "final charges" as well as extremely poor communication and lack ...

I have been la resident at andover park for about 3 years. I really like the location of the apartment it is right off of wendover. The community is quiet and we really don't have any issues here. I am however thinking about not renewing my lease because they do tend to increase rent every time I am up for renewal. Overall my stay here has been okay. I have had some issues with ants but that situation was handled in a timely manner by the complex. I am currently looking for another ...

I just love this place. The apartments are so large and quite. College students mostly stay here, needless to say, I am well past my college days, but I dont hear them at all. These apartments are well built and well maintained. The office staff here are very professional and are extra nice. It is a great place to live in any season of your life. I just love it here.
