July 8, 2020Really like living here, good things in property like a gym and it always feels professional with staff. my apartment is pretty, and I love how modern the open concept is. October 4, 2019I am very satisfied with Anton Arcade. Shopping is close by, and it is a safe place for families and other people too. My pros would be the following: Large rooms and closet, Double vanity in master bathroom, which is incredible for price. Kitchen is very nice. Office staff have resident back, and treat very good. friendly nice etc.Safety is very good here, and i feel safe with location. Neighbors are friendly.Walk-ability is amazing to Winco and other shopping Cons: Parking can get tight late at ...night, Some pest issues here during summertime, when hot but i guess its everywhere in area. A few things..
January 22, 2019The grounds are well managed, the price is good, and management/maintenance are always nice, quick, and professional. My favorite part of living here is the gym, and access to shopping (near Winco and other retail/food services). Very hard to get into, but worth the wait 100%. Thank god for people who offer affordable housing options. I went to a party they threw for us tenants a year ago, where we got pizza and there was a raffle and activities. I hope I can stay for many more years.Review from Apartments.com
Cockroaches
December 13, 2018There’s roaches in these apartments, that’s the biggest & only problem that & the front gate has been broken for a year leaving the complex open to anyone 24/7. The management should seriously schedule routine sprayings & follow up with their units until the problems fixed but of course it’s too expensive & time consuming so you have to call every month to be treated for the infestation problemReview from Apartments.com
