Like my new home!
September 20, 2015For anyone working in the DTC area this is a great location, literally across the street from a large shopping mall and light rail. My apartment is large and spacious with all new appliances. Bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the unit has hardwood floors which I really like. There is plenty of cabinet and closet space, however if your not 6ft or taller you will need a foot stool to reach the upper shelves. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially concerning package deliveries. Hallway ...cleanliness could be better, my guests have noticed and it didn’t leave a good first impression.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A nice place to live
September 13, 2015We've been living here at Apex Meridian for close to a year, and we really love it here. The apartments are comfortable and reasonably quiet, neighbors are nice, and management and staff are great. Add to that very reasonable rent, and we're quite happy here.Review from Apartments.com
Best decision
August 19, 2015I recently sold my home and have chosen to move into an apartment. This is a huge change as it has been over 10 years since I rented. The staff at Elevations was extremely patience and helpful in making the transition. The location is perfect for anyone who commutes via the light rail. There is plenty to do near by, the apartments are cozy, and its a quiet area. I haven't enjoyed the amenities yet, but its on my list once life calms down.Review from Apartments.com
Bang for the Buck
July 31, 2015This apartment complex is rent controlled, and as far as I can tell it is the cheapest apartment complex in the area. It has nice interior design and is a new complex so it's very clean. The location is a bit inconvenient if you don't want to take E-470 all the time. The management also seems a little sluggish with paperwork.
