Great Staff

Quiet & Newly Renovated

Dont live here, Period
June 5, 2020Apartment forcefully told us to switch apartments for renovation, soon to figure out we pay 300 more and the new renovated apartment had and has more issues then the old apartment. You cant leave your car in your parking spot you pay for, for more then 3 days. So you cant go on vacation or your car gets towed. This place is awful and I highly recommend you look elsewhere to live. This place is completely unaccountable and probably wont fix any of their mistakes and take our deposit when our lease ...is up. Lots of other apartments that have better managers and cheaper to live. Do not even check it out trust me.Property Manager Responded

Misleading
September 17, 2019This place has all of your common cheap apartment flaws. Thin walls, roaches, transients, etc. I dealt with it because i was expecting this for the price. However, my biggest issue with this property is the lack of individual water and sewage meters. This property uses “conservice” as their utility billing company. This company takes the total water and sewage cost, divides it by the amount of units and sends everyone the bill. It is very common to see families of 4-6 people living in one unit ...causing the water bill to be extremely high for residents who live alone. My water and sewage is $110 a month. No matter what you do you can never lower it. For example I was travelling from august 7-25. When i returned my utilities (water & sewage) was still $107. They literally force you to pay for other people’s water and sewage. When I was moving in they told me to expect a utilities bill between $50-$70.
