I like living at Apple Blossom Apartments. The buildings and apartments are not new or renovated, but everything is very well maintained. The buildings are regularly cleaned and the grounds are regularly landscaped. ANY maintenance issues are quickly addressed! The area is secluded and very peaceful. The only annoying things are the VERY LOUD air planes that constantly fly over the area because the complex is in a fly zone.

My apartment is very spacious! I love the fact that I have a second bedroom I can use as an office! And I like having ceiling fans, especially in the summer! I can open the windows at night, run the fans, and save on my air conditioning use, thus reducing my power bill. And the location is great, because it's very close to the freeway, shopping centers and the beach. I have actually recommended this apartment complex to friends.
