Love, love, love it here!
November 30, 2017I’ve lived at Applewood Crest for about 8 months now and love it. Melanie and her staff have been amazing to work with from the very beginning. Work orders are completed in a timely manner, the property is well maintained and Melanie does a great job of keeping us informed about what is going on within the community. The location is great with a grocery store right around the corner, plenty of restaurants near by and Colorado Mills Mall just a short drive away. I also absolutely love that I can ...pay rent and put work orders in via an app on my phone... very convenient! I live in a large townhome and really feel like I get a lot of bang for my buck compared to the alternatives nearby. Couldn’t recommend Applewood Crest or Skyline Property Management more!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
