Stay Away!
April 19, 2017Stay away. You'll be glad you did. These apartments have cheap carpeting, dirty hallways that are always wet when it rains. The floors must have Water damage as they creak horribly and it sounds like elephants walking above. The deck doors need to be replaced as cold air seeps in and it gets very cold in the winter. Tried covering it with a rug and it actually freezes on the bottom, and it doesn't help. You can find something better as you will pay more to heat theses drafty apartments. Horrible
March 28, 2016Moved in here Nov 2014. We wanted a washer and dryer. It took almost 2 months to get one even after they said it would be there the day we moved in. Then we found out there is no dryer vent hook up to the outside so our apartment would heat up in the summer if we used the dryer. Toilets in the complex made loud noises at night waking us up. The vent above the stove kept falling down. The refrigerator was loud and they wouldn't do anything about it. Our utility bill was over 200 dollars a ...month and they were there to fix our ac several times. The one bedroom was so hot we could not sleep. Patio door kept falling off of its tracks. September 4, 2015Apple wood Pointe is placed in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and grocery stores. The members of the property management group are helpful and willing to be there day or night. All residents are friendly and quiet which is a plus. The grounds are clean and the pool is well manicured. I would refer someone in an instant.Review from Apartments.com
