Close to city, but feels rural
February 9, 2022I have lived in this building three times during various transitions in my life. Overall it is solid older building with amenities and space. Pros: -Underground parking (the best luxury for MN winters) -Close to Minneapolis( Take 88 right into 35w by the Quarry) -Lots of grounds (wooded entrance feels like pulling into the batcave) -Unit Maintenance is done fast Cons: -Been updated, but still has remnants of the 70s -I had neighbors who would blast the heat in the winter, so my apartment was ...hotter than I would like. -Has three saunas ( not really a con, but it's wierd)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to call home!
April 27, 2020The maintenance here is phenomenal. If something is wrong they will fix it usually that day or the next. Management is really awesome and cares about residents. The building is well cared for and updates are made all the time. The BBQ patio is one of the best things about here. Being able to run out and grill up dinner is so great.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I moved here 2 years ago after a divorce. I couldn't afford my house anymore and downsizing to an apartment was a bit deflating. However, my two kids love the apartment. There's indoor and outdoor pools and a game room which are great for playdates. The staff is great. The manager answers all of my questions quickly and the maintenance man does a great job. We see him all hours of the day, including weekends. He keeps the place running very well! There's an eclectic group of tenants from ...college kids to retirees, but it all seems to gel nicely. If yes, this is the place for you with its indoor and out door pools, hot tub, and a ponds surrounded by trees and picnic tables, the perfect places to sit and relax. The apartments are spacious and well maintained which helps to keep your stress level low. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee prepared by the staff on your balcony or patio and then hit the onsite gym before you head off to work. Nervous about those pesky Minnesnowta winters and having to scrape ...off your car? Don't be, there are plenty of garage parking spots.
