Tienen un pésimo servicio aparte de que esta carísima la renta los servicios no sirven no cuentan con agua caliente pasamos todo el mes de enero bañándonos con agua bien fria con el frío que estaba haciendo dicen que cortaran el agua por 30 minutos y ya pasando 4 horas de esos 30 que dieron no hay nada de agua para bañarse con todo lo que los inquilinos sufrimos no son buenos en decir se les ara un descuento en su renta por los inconvenientes pero no ellos siguen cobrando la renta normal pésimos ...

estos apartamento no se los recomiendo para nada son una porquería jamás había vivido en apartamentos con este tipo de problemas. Uno llega en la noche del trabajo a darse un baño y salen con pendejadas que no hay agua

Terrible Management!!

Management is poor! Manager doesnt even speak english and is very unprofesional. Speaking with her is like speaking with a person with no education. Shes never in the office. Tenants constantly have to call code enforcement to place a maintanace request cause manager NEVER answers the phone. You will only catch her in the office from the 1st of the month til the 4th if you're lucky. Maintanace request will only get done when the city of irving gets involve. Other than that neighbors are very ...

friendly and its a quiet place to live in. The only problem here that needs to be changed is the whole management. This place would get a 5 star review if there was a well trained manager here cause the current one doesnt even know how to fill out a receipt. Much less how to spell.
