DO NOT LIVE HERE
November 8, 2021May have cheap rent, but for a 2 bedroom with no washer/dryer or dishwasher, utilities are consistently $300+. Save yourself the time and spring for a little bit more expensive rent to save on the utilities. My clothes and apartment smell like smoke, too. Sometimes weed and sometimes cigarettes.Property Manager Responded

The utilities you mention include electric, water, sewer and gas. Evansville's raising utility rates are affecting all residents, not just the residents of Arbors.

Horrible Service
February 14, 2020Made an appointment to look at one of the townhouses between 4 and 4:30, arrived on time, got to the door and nobody was there. Called the office not once, but twice and no answer. Wasted my time and gas to come look at a place we were very interested in and nobody bothered to be there. Absolutely ridiculous.Review from Apartments.com
