NOT move in ready
June 17, 2024I’ve been living here for nearly 10 months, when I moved in the unit was not move in ready, carpets were old and stained, covered in pet hair, the patio was exposed to moldy/rotten wood. The floors were new but covered in gunk, baseboards are supposed to be white but had been painted over the dirt and hair. The entire unit had a super funky smell, dog parks here are so run down and look abandoned. Projects are always being done here, so you can never get peace and quiet. Amenities are truly ...nonexistent, gym is so tiny, you can barely get three people in there and if you do it’s so awkward and tight. Pool is sketchy because the handle bars to get in aren’t secured, you can actually pull them out from where they stand. Handicap will not be able to use these two things because of the steep stairs down into these areas. Not to mention. This is pothole central so if you have a car you care about you will have to dodge all of the potholes. Management may seem very nice and inviting but they will lie to you about everything Arcadia has to offer.Property Manager Responded

Frustrating On Site Customer Service
May 31, 2022Went in for a tour of the apartments two weeks ago, the leasing office took my contact information and said they would reach out to me when they got settled in. No one has contacted me. Since then I have sent in online requests, left two voice messages with the on site phone number, and talked to their corporate location several times. I want to apply to rent a two bedroom but no one will call me back to answer my questions. Would not recommend getting into contract with these guys since they ...can't even figure out how to rent out their apartments.Property Manager Responded
