Two nights ago I called the leasing office to confirm something. not expecting a return call. Manny our (property manager) emailed me in less than an hour, acknowledging my message, and thanking me.
Anyone who rents an apartment knows how rare it is for a property manager to return a call, let alone after hours.
May I add one last thing, the property is always immaculate, the grounds are landscaped and groomed weekly. Maintenance is outstanding.
