The Best in Austin!
October 15, 2021have resided at the Aria Grand Apartments, for two years. Like any new business, there is an ironing-out period. Most apartment complexes ignore the wrinkles, but not the Aria Grand. What sets the Aria Grand apart from every apartment complex in Austin? The regional manager (April), cares about the tenants, and always making sure her staff does the same. I am so pleased with our new property manager, he is the first manager I have met that doesn't try and hide when the office is closed and a ...tenant sees him. . Proving to me he is sincere when he says "if there is anything I need please let him know." Two nights ago I called the leasing office to confirm something. not expecting a return call. Manny our (property manager) emailed me in less than an hour, acknowledging my message, and thanking me. Anyone who rents an apartment knows how rare it is for a property manager to return a call, let alone after hours. May I add one last thing, the property is always immaculate, the grounds are landscaped and groomed weekly. Maintenance is outstanding. I am more than a monthly rent check, I have finally found a place worthy to call homeProperty Manager Responded
