This apartment complex has the worst maintenance, worst communication, terrible management and follow through. The pool is never open. Water is constantly shut off for hours if not days usually with no communication as to when. The apartments are falling apart. There is drug dealers here with no worry of the office. Shootings in the parking lot with no worries. Constant issues and neglect from the office. Do not move into this apartment complex. You will regret every moment of every day. The ...

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. You can have numerous things happen or go wrong and people in the office do NOTHING!!! For someone who's lived here for 10 years, it's time to move on. You can fry in the heat and freeze in the winter, cuz units are always breaking down. They NEVER Answer calls in the office! But God forbid you're a day late on rent, boy they're burning up your phone, leaving eviction notifications on your door. Now these apartments are low income, and all ...

sorts of people are moving in. Drama everywhere. trying to find out who owns this complex. And when that information becomes available, I'm going to call all local channels to come out and see how honest, hard working people are treated here. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

Wonderful place to call home

Great management, hands on owner. Caring people. A great deal of renovations completed over the past 5 years. Safe, clean and non prejudice. Loving environment for children and pets of all kinds. I have known the staff and owner for over 30 years. I have lived in various apartments on site. Feel blessed to know them all. My son, now in his 40's, respects and appreciates all of the mentoring the owner and his late mother gave him. Gave us all.
