Bedbugs - Beware
November 22, 2017
Poor residents have put up with bedbugs for over a year or more and the bugs are still there. Maintenance & Management, Biltmore Properties and the Investors put fear into the residents if they complain. It's just the system everywhere in rentals.

When you walk in and around it is perfect. the activity is wonderful. the rest room to me when I look in was perfect. laundry room look perfect. Doors clock at 4 p.m. Monday to Friday Sat and sun is close. Smoking have certain area. Once on Wed. the cleaning people clean people clean the place. That is the public place like the hall way stairs. Once a week the out side is clean. You clean your apt. or get someone to do it. You clean your clothes get some to do. The apt. provide a parking space ...
